Hope House - Accomodation for visiting groups

Hope House - High quality group accomodation

When you have been working hard at Hope for the Future Ministries, you need somewhere to relax. This is where Hope House comes in. A well equipped house for visiting groups, with accomodation for large groups.

Includes 6 bedrooms, large kitchen, living room, dining area, fully equipped games room, 4 bathrooms (all with showers and/or baths).

Bedrooms at Hope House

Bedrooms
Sleeping arrangements are in large bedrooms equipped with bunk beds with top quality mattresses. It may sound simple, but supplying the best quality mattresses means that all visitors can sleep comfortably. Compare Hope House beds to the lumpy worn out mattresses that are often supplied by Christian organisations. Standard rules apply with all rooms being same sex, apart from married couples. However as most rooms are for groups there are only two rooms suitable for married couples, so checking with the ministry for availability is suggested for married couples wishing to share a room. Two rooms have en suite facilities.

Bathroom at Hope House

Bathrooms
Bathrooms are equipped to a high standard with all having showers (2 with baths as well). As the house has a large hot water heater, there is always enough hot water for all members of the group to have a hot shower. Upstairs bathrooms have twin sinks, while the downstairs bathrooms have single sinks.

Living room at Hope House

Living Room
The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas giving seating suitable for group meetings (day planning, prayer and bible study etc). For free time there is a large screen television with DVD and videos players, complete with a large library of christian and non christian titles.

Kitchen at Hope House

Kitchen
The large kitchen is supplied with cooking facilities suitable for bigger groups including a good sized fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, full range of pots and pans as well as lots of storage space. There is a spare fridge in the basement games room.

Dining Area
The dining area allows a people to eat together, either round the dining table or the breakfast bar. Spare bibles (English and Spanish) are left in the bookcase in the dining area.

Games roome at Hope House

Games Room
The basement is a fully equipped games room, including air hockey, foosball table and darts. A great place to relax and unwind in your spare time.

Basketball Hoop
For those who enjoy outdoor sport, there is a basketball hoop.

Local facilities include: shopping malls (2 Tanger outlet malls a short drive as well as smaller shopping areas within 3 minutes walking distance), go kart track, baseball batting cages, gymnasium, and a beach a short drive away.

Although living in the city, Debbie would stay at Hope House in Selden often to work at the warehouse and fellowship with the team.
